In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Each Player may hold only one active Account on the gb77 Platform. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Players are solely responsible for any taxes or levies applicable to their winnings under Bangladeshi law. gb77 does not deduct, withhold, or remit any tax on behalf of Players.

These rules are available within the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, gb77's decision shall be final and binding.

gb77 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where:

• The bet was placed after the relevant event has concluded or after the market was suspended or closed.
• The odds or game result was affected by a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error on the part of gb77 or a third-party data provider.
• There is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or any other irregularity affecting the integrity of the relevant event.
• The bet was placed using a method that gb77 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.

In the case of live casino games provided by third-party suppliers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, the rules of each game as presented within the game interface shall govern. gb77 is not liable for outcomes resulting from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

General principles applicable to all gb77 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
